Message Long story short...

Ordered a $12 parts from SPL Parts

Order shipped the next day via FedEx Home Delivery with tracking number

Checked FedEx website for tracking 5 days later, the site said package left on front door, went home, don't see the package
Waited another day, still no package

Emailed SPL and explained (probably neighborhood kid stole the package) and I asked how I can file for a claim with FedEx

Received a call from Aikmeng Kuah 3 days later, and he said he will send another one of the part out to me.

Today I received the part at work (I learned my lesson...no more part delievery to home)...thanks SPL Parts!

In summary, SPL parts has nothing to do with the stole package from my front step, but they send me another free of charge.

I am a SPL Parts Inc. believer...customer for life!
